This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

I had them out to repair a toilet flange. Took 15 minutes and they charged me $200 for labor, though I had to calculate that myself because they didn't separate materials and labor on the bill. I thought they were charging me so much for labor because they were going to screw the new flange to the floor and there were no existing holes, but they didn't so now its just going to break again in a couple years

Sam has come over several times and is terrific. He shows up on time, is professional, honest and most importantly, he gets the job done. Most recently, my 4 year old flushed a toy down the toilet which plugged it up. I tried using the plunger, using the toilet snake, yelling at the toilet, etc... and nothing worked.
