I was getting ready to leave out of town for a girls trip so I was running around making sure all my doors and windows were locked. As I stepped down to go into the basement I noticed my carpet was wet. I had no idea what to do next but I found Mr Baileys site and gave him a call. Mind you this was a Friday evening and the response was amazing. Mr. Bailey was out to my house within the hour. My sump pump has stopped working and I needed to have it replaced. He made a call, went and got the part and had me on my way to my girls trip before anyone knew I was missing. I was so excited I didn’t have to cancel the trip because I had to pay a ridiculously high bill. His prices are very reasonable and he’s super informative and professional. I will definitely be using him again in the future. I see a lot of times professionals will try to overcharge single women but he did not do that, he quoted me a fair price and did an amazing job. I definitely recommend.

Elie and his team correctly diagnosed the situation using a hi-tech camera (which produced a video of the interior of the pipes so I could see exactly what the problem was) and set to work replacing and correctly reinstalling a large part of the plumbing tree in my ceiling. What a relief! Elie and company know what they are doing and accomplish the work for a fair price.
