All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Precision Plumbing! Of course our water heater took a dump on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend when we were expecting company and hosting brunch. We immediately called the home warranty company and they hooked us up with these guys. They were able to come out Saturday afternoon and while they couldn't find a hot water heater comparable to our old one that same day, they were able to restore water to the house and fit us into their schedule for that Monday. They arrived on schedule, quickly got the job done with a great new commercial unit, explained the warranty on it and even gave me some tricks of the trade for extending the life of the unit. Seriously satisfied with their work!! Thank you guys!!
