A1 was able to send someone within the hour. The tech Bert arrived right on time and immediately got to work. Bert was professional and courteous. They were able to solve the issue and get my water turned back on in less than an hour. They were always transparent about pricing, which was not a bad rate for what was considered emergency services.Overall I couldn’t be happier with the services provided by A1.
