My wife and I knew we wanted to remodel our home, but didn't know where to start. Talking to friends and family, we had heard horror stories about the cost, contractors not showing up and/or doing what the say, shoddy craftsmanship, the original timeline extending months past the due date, etc. To say the least, we were apprehensive about the process and didn't know who we could trust. Luckily, we found Lindsey and Elon at Kimber Homes.
From our first visit, we felt an instant rapport with them they struck us as someone we could immediately trust... and this rapport and trust only grew stronger throughout the process.
Our remodel was invasive and consisted of removing an entire stairwell, installing an ALL new kitchen, modernizing two fireplaces, leveling a sunken floor and converting to new hardwood, and getting creative on some seriously engineered beams to hold up the rest of the house. I've attached some before/after pictures to show the extent of the project.

They were exactly what we wanted in a contractor team.... honest, transparent, thorough, flexible, patient, kind, considerate. They maintained this through my multitude of questions and scope changes. They truly were able to bring the vision we had for our home to life. We couldn't recommend more strongly and confidently.
In the end, they finished our project on time and on budget. Their contractors were professional and the quality and craftsmanship of their work is second to none.
