I wanted to watch, and Brandon said no problem, he was used to customers wanting to watch the process. Called Fickwood Thurs afternoon, came out Fri for estimate, estimate was reasonable, and Brandon did the job on the spot. They use Delta valves, said they are superior to Moen, less clogging over time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS. They do the more difficult arthroscopic surgery on your shower for the same price as folks who leave the scar of an access panel. Also cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.
