Nino and son (Ryan) showed up and replaced my AC system. They did such an amazing job and got my air working. My home now feels so cool. Could not tolerate the heat but in no time, they got it fixed! Horrible service. Let me start off saying that McLaughlin was a family go to provider. However, after scheduling a repair with them, taking time off work to accommodate the technician, they (Misty) cancelled the appointment without telling me. I found out when I called a second time that day at 4:50pm. To further complicate the situation, they transferred me to Dave, the parts guy. He apologized for not contacting me sooner because he was so busy. He had two weeks to call me. He also recommended to replace a $6k AC unit they installed 7 years ago. Pass!!
