Simpson is crooked and been taking advantage of the customer expense. Thats too bad. Again, be sure to call Home Advisor. It can easily be found on Google search. Don't go with Simpson Plumbing. They take you at your expense and won't get accurate options. They only know how to push for the high end and compromise with you having an extension cord to feed the water heater power vent.
