I called them early this morning--7:30!-- they were in and able to take care of tenant's ac, or lack there of. Ed actually got there early, found the problem and took care of it--no need to come back another day. This will now be my go-to company for my HVAC servicing. I had been using another company, who shall remain nameless, and have not been very pleased with the service this past year. Thank you, Ed, and thank you J & J services!

Worked patiently with me to get my warranty work performed at no cost to me on my hot water heater. They worked into the evening to complete the job because there were elderly people in the home.
