Chris was onsite for 30 minutes making the diagnosis and repair. The bill ended up being $220. Taking out the cost of the part, that leaves $180 for a half hour of labor. When I called the next day to speak with someone about the nearly $400 per hour labor charge the lady was argumentative and told me it couldn't be $400 per hour when my bill was only $220. When I pointed out that the technician was there for only 30 minutes she asked me not to call them for service again and hung up on me. I guess they don't rely on repeat business.
