I called Spencer because our guest bathroom needed to have some upgraded fixtures replaced. Spencer was absolutely phenomenal!

I was able to set up an appointment the same week. He had all of the right parts and was able to do the job quickly and cost effectively for me.

The best part was that he provided me with a less expensive option that worked out better for me, and it saved me a lot of money, which speaks to his level of integrity and character.

Spencer was able to do my job earlier than we had planned, because he had an opening and was able to contact me and ask if I was available, which I was, and that was even more helpful to get the job done early. That was very thoughtful and considerate of him.

He did such as great job that we had him come back the next day to do our master bedroom's bathroom.

We had purchased a new washer and dryer and needed to have the 30+ year old water outlets replaced before the appliances were delivered.

We only had a few days between the purchase and the delivery, so it had to be done quickly.

Luis set up an appointment within a day which was a great relief.

He and his brother showed up on time, and as promised, both wore masks the entire time they were here. For us, this was a sticking point as both my wife and I have immune issues.

The work required replacing the laundry box which held the cold and hot water outlets as well as the drain. Cutting out a section of drywall was also necessary in order to access the piping.

They did an excellent job of replacing the old outlets with new and upgraded plumbing, and repairing the drywall. I can't even tell where they made the cuts! All that was left for me to do was to repaint that section.

Over all, I was very happy with the communication, quality of the work, and the fact that he actually listened to and answered any questions that I had.

So, if you are ever in the need of employing a leak detection service which can be quite stressful to find, I encourage you to call them.

We asked for several bids to replace our (working) water heater. They showed up for the estimation meeting on time and described everything patiently and gave a bid. County Wide was competitive and able to schedule the installation quickly. Nick was professional, courteous, and efficient. They installed everything and cleaned and removed all the debris. I was very satisfied.
