Best Gas Meter in Santa Ana CA

My parents had a clogged line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the sidewalk. I called Coast because they were the closest plumbers to my parents house. I know, not the best factor when seeking a professional. HOWEVER, in this case it couldn't have gone anymore perfect. They arrived within an hour, found the clogged line in minutes and had the line cleared shortly after that. The price was the same as my initial quote.

From the way the phones are answered to the kind people and professionalism, JustinTime made me smile. My Toto toilet (with bidet) stated smelling horrible so I gave them a call and thankfully a cancellation made the first trip same day! They inspected the attic and for more odor but found none and then realized it might just be the seat as it has room underneath where it latches to accumulate lots of waste (something I hadn’t noticed). They taught me how to remove it and we cleaned it. The odor seemed to have dissipated but came back the next day so I called again, and again, same day someone else was here, this time the owner who is super professional, quick and very knowledgable (also fun to talk to). He removed the toilet and we found another issue underneath which was addressed and everything was resealed properly. It seemed as though the odor was persistent but the next day, it was gone! I’m super thankful! I would gladly and highly recommend JustinTime Plumbing!
