I hired another plumbing company to do a big job running a drain line around my house and when that company messed up I was super frustrated and didn't know what to do. They were super professional and kind... even the owner, Jay, came out to help me and make sure all my questions were answered!

HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

Two technicians came to replace the condensate pump for my apartment AC then left and later that day I noticed the AC was not working and had to spend the night without AC. I could not wait another night for another technician to come so I opened the retuned air duct myself and found that the pump was not even plugged in the wall as per the photos. All they had to do was to just plug it in the wall!
