I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Then Steven R and Tayler came on a Saturday and replaced both shower valves. They finished in a timely matter and got my water back on. The master and his assistant came out and very quickly determined what was wrong with my oven. He had the part with him, he replaced it and fixed it within half an hour. He also took the time to explain what was wrong with it and also gave some great tips on using filters (turned out the ones I had were terrible). Great service.
