On the first day of CA Shelter and Place, my heater decided to quite, it was a very cold day, but I found Fuse HVAC, they booked my a same day appointment, their technician Chirill came on time, identified the issue and fixed it the very next day. Fast forward, 8 months later, my heater suddenly acted up again, the flame was turning on and off every several seconds. It's a Sunday afternoon, I called Fuse HVAC, prepared to hear the voicemail and leave a message, and was really surprised when Alec picked up the phone, he told me their schedule was fully booked in the next 4 days, but he would contact Chirill and let me know if he could squeeze me in. Less than an hour later, he called me and confirmed Chirill would come on Monday. Chirill arrived, again on time, upon inspection, he identified the issue was caused by a blocking of air intake which lead to furnace overheat, he fixed it, AND didn't charge me, even though it is after 6 months' warrantee period. I'm SO impressed by how professional and customer centric they are, both Chirill and Alec and the company they represent. I highly recommend Fuse HVAC Repair. You may find some companies can do good job and charge fair price, but how many of them can have live/friendly person answer your phone every time, even on a Sunday afternoon, is willing to squeeze you in their schedule, and their technicians are always on time, knowledgeable, considerate, and never try to make money off of you?

I used Fuse HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical & Plumbing for both a light fixture rewiring/installation and an electric vehicle charger installation. The team was fast and personable, and the communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Davila Plumping installed an outdoor clean-out which required concrete removal, digging, install, and concrete re-pouring. They did an excellent job and came in way under their quote b/c the piping was not as deep as estimated. They revised their quote to the lower value. Talk about honest and hardworking! Work done 2017 and has held up with the test of time.

They totally took advantage of my elderly mother and myself. Overcharged us by around 1000 dollars. They installed a new toilet which they did not give me a opportunity to choose and is far too big. The bathroom vanity and sink is literally rotting away not to mention how ugly it is . I think its awful the way they take advantage of people who are not knowledgeable about plumbing. I like them to come out and give us a new sink.

Amazing customer service and were on time they were able to repair my AC unit when everyone else we called said it had to be replaced I would highly recommend them to everyone.

This guy did what RO Appliance could not do!!!! 3 weeks in to waiting for RO Appliance to repair my dryer after an initial diagnosis and still no response or follow up appointment set. So i finally decided to pay out of pocket and go around my warranty so i could use my dryer. I am sooo happy i did. I called 1 late afternoon and next morning Fuse was at our house diagnosing and fixing our dryer. Oh and he had the part available to him. I am still waiting to hear back from RO knowing that they ordered a new mother board for my dryer when the mother board is working perfect and a thermal fuse was the problem. Worth every penny. Once RO would have replaced the mother board and dryer still wouldnt work, that would have been another 3 weeks. Really impressed with Fuse!
