They canceled on Monday because someone twisted their ankle, they canceled on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday because they had no parts, (a toilet handle and a seal) they cancelled on Friday because they had no plumber available. We fired them. They NEVER phone you to say they are not coming, you sit at home in a 4 hour window day after day waiting. Then you phone them for the latest excuse.........

My water heater was leaking, I dealt with it for a few days and it got to the point where there was nothing I could do anymore. I didn’t have a “go to” plumber, so I searched and I found Mike. Mike at American Reliable Plumbing (ARP)was amazing. He came in and assessed the issue, he then gave me 3 choices and he was very detailed with each option. He answered all my questions confidently and that put me at ease. Long story short, I went with the tankless option, it was a bit more expensive but the value and quality of work was second to none. Mike at ARP is definitely my go to plumber and I would recommend him to anyone I know looking for a plumber. Great personality, very polite and professional.
