i was happy with the price they quoted me to install my new bathroom faucet and they did it in a timely matter. The only thing that happened and they fixed the issue i had the main shut off valve circular handle broke when they shut the water off because the handle was old and they replaced it for me. If you need plumbing work done call them and they will come out and give you a free estimate and if you not happy with the price they quote you they do not charge you a service charge to come give you a quote.

Ordered a door that was delivered to us from Home Depot. Have been trying to get the door installed for a month now. We get a different story each time and are told information we were not told previously. On Oct 11 we paid for the door installation in full ($1100) was told we would get a call and get scheduled for a new door in 48 hours. Today is the 19th - we are still waiting for that phone call with a door laying in my living room waiting for install. Disappointing, i am not used to this type of service from home depot.

I had a broken main line leaking 2 gallons per minute detected by a leak detection company. I called Scotto’s Plumbing and scheduled with an office lady named Tammy for the following day Thursday Feb 16 between 1-3 for a tech to come out. Tech never showed I called them at 3:10pm Feb 16 Thursday and asked if the tech was still coming out, the women asked me if I was sure I called the right company and asked the name of who I scheduled with?
I stated “Tammy”, the office lady told me she will be sending out a tech within the hour. I waited until 7pm, never showed. I lost a whole day, I called and left a message on Friday Feb 17 the following morning about how upset I was due to the urgency and wasted time.
I called another company after I left them a message and thank god had a full repipe done on my home by another company started Feb 21st. I was so dissatisfied with the fact that they were referred to me and so many positive reviews they have.
