Hard working and fair prices.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

Todd is seriously a life saver! Had an emergency on a Saturday and almost like magic Petrovic plumbing was on the case! Our issue has since been resolved and we are indebted! Everything was explained. Questions were answered and we are leak free! If you need a plumber-this is your place. Super funny (cause plumbing issues are scary), trustworthy and fair. Total keeper!!
