The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Mike was great! I needed help hanging curtain rods and a mirror, and assembling my kids' dresser. Mike was professional, kind, and went out of his way when doing his job to make things the way I wanted them. I would highly recommend The HandyGuy for any needs you have and I will definitely use him again in the future.
