From the responsive communication and continued follow up from Tom to the knowledge, patience, and skill John brought to the job, Muska well exceeded my expectations! I live in an older home where every repair is a bigger task and challenge than expected but John figured out how to address the issue and fix my shower/tub. Louis M. arrived early, was professional, respectful, and kind. He planned ahead and had the parts he needed with him for the job (2 toilets running after flushing.)
