I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . Cichy's was great! They were very responsive and responded quickly. Their prices were very reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. We ended up having a complicated situation with lining the pipe (through another company) and Cichy's was completely flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
