I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . Mike was absolutely amazing! He helped setup my washer/dryer and even went the extra mile to two different hardware stores to get the parts needed for the units. Although extra time for him, he didn’t charge extra and ensures the washer and dryer were running smoothly. He even learned some new skills to help for the setup. Mike was professional, personable, and trustworthy. He did this entire install just after a snowstorm no less (despite several other installers cancelling).
