The lady you talk to that answers the phone is very rude if your your not the one who orders there service they say they can't talk to you they're supposed to be able to talk to whoever lives there since there the one to let the plumber in then they come to work without the proper equipment to do a job and have to put it off to another day they're going to deal with a sewer they should bring what they're supposed to bring the first time.
