I called at 4pm on a Friday for a leaking toilet expecting to make an appointment for Monday. To my surprise I was told they'd be here in just over an hour. Gerardo was the technician. He was super nice and polite. Clearly explained what he thought the issue was and what he would be doing to confirm it. Gave me 2 reasonable options to remedy the problem. Decided to just replace the whole unit since I already knew I needed to. He gave me options for keeping the cost at a minimum. The job was completed and the bathroom left with no mess. Gerardo kept me informed every step of the way. Gerardo is why I would call Roto Rooter the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I hired this company to come clean out my heating system prior to winter. They found a crack heat exchanger and was told that I needed a brand new furnace and could not just replace my heat exchange and that it would cost me 5k+ for a replacement. The tech who showed up to my house named Gabriel lic#713817 decided to just through all the lose furnace parts into the housing area and told me he could not do anything about it, packed his thing and left me with a non working furnace. I have done this before and have never seen anyone disassemble a whole furnace for cleaning including gas lines and electrical pieces. I went with a different company and was able to get the issue resolved and the techs worked was heavily criticized negatively.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Look for a local HVAC expert and stay away from this scam of a company.
