I am so grateful for Mario from Big John's Plumbing he was scheduled to come out the following day,but he called to ask if he could come earlier. Of course I said yes he was very professional & upfront on the cost before completing the job. After informing our management company that our toilet and kitchen sink were leaking, we figured it'd be a few days before we heard from whatever fly by night company they called to come fix the leak. But, no, it was next day. And multiple seals were completed within twenty minutes by a super pleasant guy named Alex. Couldn't be happier with how fast the job was done and how there was zero mess left.

When we move, when people ask, I'd happily recommend them. I don't know about others, but Alex was good not just because he's good, but I have a curious dog and daughter that peaked in on him and he was still able to complete everything.
