Best Malfunctioning Water Heater in Raleigh NC

I had my water heater replaced by TCR Rooter & Plumbing and I'm totally satisfied with how quickly they responded to the initial call. The night before the service, I called the plumber on call and reported a water leak. He talked me through finding the water shutoff valve and how to resolve the leak until the next day.
