We paid $4350 to install a tankless system with recirculating pump and flood-stop valve in our home. They represent themselves as the experts but took them 2 or 3 tries to eventually got the system up an running. Mean while they left me with 2 significant issues. One the condensation line leaks and two the flood-stop does not shut the water off completely. These are major issues as the unit is in my attic. I have tried to contact them, but they ignored my calls, emails and texts. Be Aware!
