Hi everyone! Unfortunately, our tankless water heater, which was only a year old busted from the freeze. We called lots of plumbers and all were busy. One company came and charged us to barely peak in the attic and told us it was frozen and nothing could be done. We told them
it was frozen before they came out! We got a heater up there and thawed it out and they would not return to help. Then, we called COLE’S PLUMBING! YAY!!! CHAD came out at 8pm to replace the entire tankless heater! He had been up since 4:30am on calls and was pleasant and kind about our situation. When he pulled up, he was on the phone. Turns out a neighbor saw his truck coming to our house and asked if he could help them next. So, he finished our house around 10 and then went to a neighbors. I found my new plumber!
