Very responsive. One of our water heaters was leaking and I called their number, unsure if we'd used them before. Chad answered and said even if we hadn't used them, if we had to get a new water heater, he'd discount the amount we'd paid the other company, and he was at our house in under an hour. We chose to replace both water heaters and he gave us a lower rate on the second unit. He also made a few changes to make the heaters work together more efficiently.

He was there at the time he promised, professional and really did more than he had to do. I will definitely use CPR Plumbing again.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
