Dave did a tremendous job and he did it on very short notice on a weekend. I have a family at home, so a plumbing need on a weekend is a big deal. Dave showed up exactly when he promised he would. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He got my home back functioning properly very, very quickly. The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
