Great team to work with. I use them for facility maintenance and they do a good job communicating with me. They are always willing to help when I'm in a bid too.

Had a pickup order that was split into multiple parts (some stuff was in stock in the store, and some was being shipped on separate days through separate shipping services). There was some technical issue that made the items appear as though they'd been picked up when they hadn't. The staff in the customer service counter was able to deal with it all 3 times I was there and were very quick about doing it. I spend all day dealing with technical issues, so I always appreciate what a pain it is and how well they handled it. Great staff
