Mike was able to find us the Essency EXR electric water heater that is a hybrid and offers the best of both tankless and tank water heaters. It has a 30 year warranty and connects to wi-fi. This thing is a beast and is actually really beautiful looking. It’s got a smartphone app and everything. Mike was able to install it and now we have hot water on demand and never need to worry about running the dishwasher at the same time we’re filling up the bathtub for our kids.
