This thing is a beast and is actually really beautiful looking. It’s got a smartphone app and everything. Mike was able to install it and now we have hot water on demand and never need to worry about running the dishwasher at the same time we’re filling up the bathtub for our kids. We can even do the laundry while doing the other two things. We could never do that before with our old water heater. Highly recommend W.J. McNabb Plumbing and this Essency EXR water heater.
