They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. Green helped me in the past with some heating issues the technicians were effective and polite. So, when a new issue came up, I made an appointment for a Friday morning between 8am and 10am. They called me at 9:45am to cancel my appointment, then told me that they couldn’t set up another one for over two weeks. In response to this, I was given a refund of my previous appointments. Professionally done!
