Best Septic Backups in Philadelphia PA

I used them before twice and it was a bit pricey but okay. I needed someone to come ASAP to fix my clogged sink and broken garbage disposal. My dishwasher isn't working. They said they could come today 8 AM-12 PM but I had a class midday. They said they could put me first on the list today. That would have been fine but they apparently didn't put me on the list at all, they were short on technicians, or there was an emergency call...excuses excuses. Also, one person who I spoke to said the technician was finishing up a job and would be headed to me soon (twice). Another said later they would hopefully be there by noon but couldn't guarantee it. When I expressed my concern about that, he said I was twisting his words. I waited all morning and was late to my class when they finally texted they were on the way--five minutes before noon. Too late. Unreliability, dishonesty, etc...no thanks. Choose somewhere else.

We have used Glenside Mr Rooter twice now. They are very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable.I appreciate how they explain what they are fixing and why. Prices are reasonable and they have also suggested low or no-cost alternative solutions to issues.
