It was $89 for the inspection and $185 for the cleaning. I called the week before and they scheduled George to come out during a 2 hour window. They called to confirm the appointment the day before and called in the morning to give me a half hour heads up they were on their way. George was prompt, efficient, and friendly, he explained everything he was doing, how long it would take, asked permission for everything he did (going upstairs, to the basement, turning on the water, turning the air on) and he wore a mask and kept his distance (this is during the coronavirus pandemic).
