Central air was not cold in the mid day heat at child care hospital. Commercial & Industrial Heating And Cooling Philadelphia team came over very quickly when called. Technical listened to the description of the issue and explained that an estimate would be provided after the assessment. After they checked it out, explained which components need replacing and why. I am a technical person so it was reassuring to get a sound explanation!!!

Great service! Definitely was a great price. He went above and beyond to get the laundry faucet the length I wanted and even fixed the paneling behind the sink. He cleaned up after himself. I was the most impressed with his willingness to work with our very burocratic home warranty people.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
