I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I'd definitely recommend this service, Jared of Proper Functions did an outstanding job at a reasonable price, he diagnosed the problem immediately where others couldn't, the warranty is reassuring and he cleaned up after doing the job, this the definitely money well spent

Brandon absolutely saved me after the Best Buy installation crew screwed me over. They made up a fake issue I'd need to have resolved before I could get the gas dryer they just delivered installed. He was able to come out the same day and finish the installation. We've been calling Brandon for common issues for years now and always got great service. I'm not a big review writer but I have to appreciate someone coming over to fix another crew's mistakes.

Gorilla Inc. were quick to respond to my quote request and come out for the estimate. They demo my wall, removed the debris & installed dry wall in 1 day. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I have already requested them for more work.

Baikal Mechanical is much better than the HVAC “experts” I hired before. In fact, I'll go as far as to say they give local businesses a good name. They knew exactly what my system needed to be retrofitted with, and currently it's working better than ever. I own a laundromat in Philly, and it wouldn't be the success it is today if I didn't get help from Baikal Mechanical when I needed this desperately. This review is long overdue.

Yuval and his team did SUCH a fantastic job for us, we cannot recommend them highly enough. We had two bathrooms that were looking a little tired, and wanted to refresh the showers (making one a walk-in and the other retiling and a new tub) as well as some minor repairs (paint patching, fan, new fixtures, etc.). Yuval was speedy in getting us quotes and helping us plan our tiles, and once everything was ordered, the bathroom was finished on time (and in my opinion, REALLY quickly - within 2 weeks). The second bathroom was even quicker, just over a week. During the time that the work was being done, Yuval and his team were courteous, as quiet as possible, and trustworthy people to have in our home; Yuval in particular is a very nice person and we felt comfortable working with him throughout the process. His team were happy to check in with us if we had any questions during the day about the progress as well. Overall we are thrilled with our new bathrooms and will happily use Brotherly Love again with any renovation needs!
