Omg…Alexander and his assistant were great. They came in was shown the issues, I was given a good price, and they got right to work…Repaired my clogged kitchen sink and cleared the basement pipe stack with ease. If there’s ever an issue I’ll be calling zoom drain again. Very professional

We live in a condo and had a couple of leaks (old pipes) into our downstairs neighbors bathroom and kitchen. The leaks were found the Thursday before Labor Day weekend, and we live across from the Art Museum, so roads were closed due to the Made in America concerts.Despite the challenges, Adelphia managed to get someone to do a survey and estimate on Friday, and the leaks were fixed on Tuesday after Labor Day. Our plumber arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, documented with photos for our insurance company, and the price was very reasonable.We had a delay getting the quote due to concert road closures, but the actual plumbing work was excellent!
