I recently had a problem with my sub pump in my basement and a bad leak in my kitchen faucets. I contacted Michael Martorano, owner of Best Price Plumbing & Heating, for help. He came out to my house very quickly and addressed both problems. I found him not only to be very knowledgeable and efficient, but was able to pinpoint the issues as soon as he saw them. He was also always available by telephone if you have any questions. My sub pump was overflowing with water in my basement and yard. He repaired it and added a piece of pipe that fixed the problem. Michael also gave a beautiful bronze style faucet system in my kitchen. No wetness or leaks anymore! His prices are also very reasonable. Our food processing plant has been modernized in several ways recently, and one of the key ways is that we finally have a Baikal Mechanical cooling tower. I called this guy for an estimate and to see if he could actually do the job I needed done..he was very loud mean and arrogant. He did not take the time to hear me out while I was talking to him. I thought it was very rude for him to keep over talking me. You can hear that he is an older male so I tried to be respectful while talking to him but he just would not stop over talking me while being arrogant at the same time. I just got frustrated and said thank you I will call you back and hung up!!
