I am more than pleased with the service we received from this company… I have had a lot going on with my home and have been dealing with some major repairs… then when it seemed like the worst was over my hot water heater went bad and was leaking… I called Choice Plumbing and within 5 minutes of speaking to a representative who was so kind and understanding I had a service tech call me to tell me he would come by to take a look and within an hour he was here. He knew exactly what he was doing and in a short time was able to triage our issue and meet our needs as the size of our water tank was larger than normal and very difficult to acquire. He showed up on a Friday evening and was able to get the parts ordered and complete the installation by Tuesday. This was probably the easiest issue I have ever had to deal with so far thanks to Choice Plumbing… Choice plumbing and staff made what seemed like another terrifying ordeal so simple with their understanding and reassurance that they could take care of it. Thank you to all at Choice Plumbing. I would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...
