They sent technician Travis after a callback, and he was FANTASTIC. My fiancee could not stop gushing about his friendliness and efficiency. He stated that Mark was identical to the person depicted in Orlando Plumbing's commercials. He resolved the issue and explained what may have gone awry the first time. We are entirely satisfied with Mark's ability to resolve the issue and his positive and courteous demeanor.
