Guy arrived when he said he would (WOW). Fast service, polite knew what he was doing. Didn't mind me asking questions. Replaced hose bib outside quickly. Disappointed he didn't patch the hole in the blocks. Happy with the whole experience.

Albert was very responsive in my time of need when I did not have any water in my house and was in a desperate situation. My home had a defective water heater and +40 year old plumbing that was leaking. He and his team repiped my entire house and replaced the broken water heater quickly so that I would be able to have water in the house for me and my family. We can't thank him enough and would recommend to any of our family and friends.

Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. I called for a backed up kitchen drain. Very nice customer service and very easy to book an appointment. My technician Jesus was great, he was super nice and professional. Simple clearing of the drain and it’s draining just fine. Good price for the work today. Thanks again!

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...

Plumber sent by Associated Piping told me Moen had sent me wrong cartridge for my shower; wanted to charge me $800 to tear up my tile wall and replace the shower valve.

I called Moen support and they said it was the right part, then they talked me through the installation; only took me about 5 minutes to install the new cartridge myself for free.

Be alert, don’t get ripped off by shady plumbers!!!
