Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. Thanks again to Modern Plumbing and all the great staff for your help!

After getting terrible service from another plumbing company I called Acorn Plumbing because they were close and had good reviews. Best decision! Although I was not at the house when Brad arrived, my Dad was there and couldn't have been more pleased with his punctuality and efficiency in fixing what was wrong. I will never depend on another plumbing company. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Poor communication & beware of their surcharges of nearly $100. They will quote you with something seemingly reasonable & then change it the day of..a 30 minute job should not cost $400. Not to mention, they can never give you an appointment time yet they will charge by the hour. If you’re a business & aren’t on the premise upon their arrival, this is very inconvenient. Will never recommend or use again.

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...
