Great service. I used these guys nine months ago and they did excellent work. Easy to work with and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Then I recently had a completely unrelated leak situation. He quickly came out and assessed it. Quality work with good customer service.

Lance and Brent showed up on time for emergency service to repair my leaking faucet as it was leaking so much water under the cabinet. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and took a look and repaired my dishwasher/garbage disposal because it was also leaking. I’m glad I called EDCO and would recommend to anyone for service!

William Field, the plumber who led the project, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain the entire process to us in detail. He was also very respectful of our home and made sure to clean up after the job was done.

William and his team were able to complete the job in a timely manner, and they did so with great precision and attention to detail. They made sure that everything was working properly before they left, and they even tested the lines to ensure that there were no leaks.

Their office clearly explained how their pricing worked for an after hours call to unclog my sink after I tried snaking it myself. Edgar came out on and they checked everything, including under the house when their first snake didn’t fix it. They were very professional and thorough and their price was very fair. Keeping their card for any future repairs and installs. Glad I called them.

The guy did not care that the ac they put in still made my house 86 degrees worse company ever on top of that the guy Jerry was unprofessional and did not want to stand on his work.

I called Tipton's for my parents whose kitchen sinks backed up on Christmas day. I called them on December 26th and they told me that they would be out between 2 & 4 that day. They also said they would call 30 minutes before hand. By 3pm on Dec. 26th no contact from Tipton's. I called and the person answering the phone said they had not for got and were running behind, but they assured me that they would be coming. By 6pm still no word and I called again. The person told me that they were still at another difficult job and might be 9pm. They ask if they could reschedule for Saturday the 27th and would make me first on the schedule at 9:00am. On the 27th by 10:00 no word from them. I called and was told they were behind due to the weather but assured me that someone would be out. I never heard from them the rest of the day and when I called, I got the answering machine. On their website they guarantee fast service and also how committed to you they are, but that remains to be seen. I will not be using them again!

Hot water heater was out and the pan was full of water. Usually would have attempted the repair myself just to avoid calling a plumber, but the water line pathway and location was a little more than I wanted to take on. I called Kaul-Hammond and they were out the next morning. The two guys that came were very polite and knowledgable and kept me informed as to what they needed to do and why. They replaced the tank quickly and efficiently and at a very good price. I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon but I would not hesitate calling on them again.
