Tried to scam us. Showed up at our house without calling (while I was at work), said things were broken that weren't, replaced equipment without permission, stole our current equipment, tried to bill for extra hours (they were there less than half an hour), left our problem in even worse shape, lied over and over to cover it up, then hung up on us when we tried to call and talk to them. They know that they're scamming people, and they like to play the so what, you can't do anything about it card.
