Customer service was great I was in need of service and they got a service tech out to me in less than an hour after my call.

This is the second time I've called and the response was immediate - called after 530pm told someone would be here by 9am the next day. They have been this responsive both times. Replaced my hot water tank both times and let me know the price before work was done. I said the last time I'd call them again & I did. They are polite, and honest. Hope I don't need them to soon, but will call them again if I need them. Thanks Zac you have a great team!

We’ve used Tipton several times now and they’re always outstanding. Easy to reach, they send someone out very quickly, and their quality is always excellent. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
