I have used Rucker Mechanical for about 30 years for heat/air and plumbing. They are a wonderful family owned company who truly care about the customer. I recently had a back-up drain pipe in my garage. They got it cleared and up and working quickly. Their service people are always kind, polite, professional. I highly recommend Rucker Mechanical.

Superb responsiveness. The estimating process had some issues. The individual gave a verbal quote, which is not bad per se given that he only presented a 6 year warranty and likely felt that his company would not win the bid on that account. He missed an opportunity to upsell to tankless, which I would have been very interested in. The bid was high given the data I accumulated before he arrived, and no discussion of heater options, features, etc. kept me from going forward.
