We’ve been working with this company for 1.5 months trying to resolve an issue with our ductwork. 4 appoints and 3 techs later, it’s still not resolved. Each tech comes to the house alone, even though the first tech said it was at least a 2 man job, and each tech leaves telling us it’s a different issue. We get told they will call us back but we end up having to call them to schedule the next appointment. The last guy appears to know what he’s talking about, but at this point I’m skeptical. We will not be using this company again. There seems to be a lack of communication between techs and techs to boss, which is just poor customer service. Thankfully my husband bought us a portable AC unit so we can sleep at night.
