When I moved into my new place, the toilet in my guest bathroom wasn’t really working unfortunately. A team member Alejo answered the phone and was able to schedule a visit quickly. They fixed the issue within an afternoon and having a functioning toilet for guests has been relief (no pun intended) instead of ushering them to my personal bathroom.
